IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES
- All aspiring candidates need to fill the Application Form & Medical Fitness Slip.
- Fill all the boxes of Form and past your recent Photograph sized picture having blue background.
- Send your Application Form along with copy of :
- Computerized National Identity Card (C.N.I.C)
- Domicile
- Do not attached Educational Certificates at this stage
- Send Form to the address of your nearest Selection Center by registered Post.
- ASF Selection Center Address:
- If you are applying for more than one posts applying on separate form and write name of post prominently.
- Please mention valid mobile number on Application Form because you will be called for Physical/ Medical Test through SMS or Call.
- Bring your Original Computerized National Identity Card at the time of Physical/Medical test otherwise you will not be allowed to enter the test center.
- Download Medical Fitness Test Slip fill it out and bring it on test day. Do not Post it.
